- Q. Where will concert goers park?
- A. The site has over Fourteen Thousand (14,000) parking spaces, in well-lit parking lots. For most shows a parking fee is included in the ticket price, to keep cost down to the consumer and to improve traffic flow.
- Q. What if it rains?
- A. The majority of shows will go on rain or shine.
- Q. How many concerts will there be in one season?
- A. We are planning Eight (8) to Ten (10) with Two (2) Festivals between March and November.
- Q. How does Festival Seating work?
- A. Pick your spot. Put out a blanket and sit down. The lawn area is designed to provide a clear view of the stage. In addition, lawn chairs are available for rent inside the facility. No outside chairs allowed.
- Q. Where can tickets be purchased?
- A. Tickets are available for purchase at the Complex Ticket Office, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. On show days between 9:00 AM and show time.
- Q. Does the facility provide seating for guests with disabilities?
- A. Yes. Designated seating is available for any guest with a disability, including visually, hearing and mobility impaired. Call the Ticket Office for more information.
